The Interlake-Eastern Regional Health Authority is made up of some of the most intelligent dedicated, and caring people you will ever meet. They are the lifeblood of the hospitals, clinics, and communities that they serve (sometimes literally). In a post-pandemic world, the IERHA is having a hard time attracting talent to their team. Despite the amazing people who work there already and the gasp-worthy gorgeous communities in which they get to work, it’s a tough sell to get healthcare workers to the communities. Taking a “if you don’t believe us, believe them!” approach, we put the employees of the IERHA on display, highlighting the best parts of their jobs, the benefits of working in the regions, and even where the best fishing spots are!
